Licence

Total Pay is a licenced product: you are allowed to use it on up to two computers for the payroll purposes of the person or business which bought it:

• 'Payroll purposes' means paying your own employees.
• If you process payrolls for clients, however, you can process their employees also, provided you can demonstrate that your clients pay you for this service.

The initial licence allows you to use Total Pay until the end of the tax year in which you bought it; a yearly licence is payable thereafter at the start of each tax year. Updates are free to licence-holders.

The price is:

• 50.00 UK pounds for the initial licence. This covers you to the end of the current tax-year. (In some years, the live version is offered free for the last few weeks of the tax year.)
• 40.00 UK pounds yearly thereafter.
• No VAT is charged or reclaimable.
• Support is normally free.
