Total Pay is a licenced product: you are allowed to use it on up to two computers for the payroll purposes of the person or business which bought it:

• 'Payroll purposes' means paying your own employees.
• If you process payrolls for clients, however, you can process their employees also, provided you can demonstrate that your clients pay you for this service.

The price is 40.00 UK pounds yearly. No VAT is charged or reclaimable. Support is normally free.
