Total Pay for Windows is the easy-to-use UK payroll package from Derek Rogers Professional Software. Used to calculate your own wages bill, Total Pay saves you time and money; accountants also use it for client payrolls. Total Pay:

• Calculates gross pay, pension contributions, PAYE and National Insurance for each employee, including directors
• Prints payslips, P60s, cheques, bank giro credits, does electronic bank transfers
• Produces a Management Summary showing exactly what you have to pay Inland Revenue
• Calculates employer's recovery of SSP

Total Pay handles both weekly-paid and monthly-paid employees, whether salaried or hourly-paid. For those paid hourly, it keeps a basic rate and 3 overtime rates. It handles Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, Statutory Paternity Pay and Statutory Adoption Pay, and will hold up to 150 employees.

Total Pay handles all tax codes. It will handle all National Insurance table letters, and allows for 12 user-defined deductions and allowances. It can apply standard changes to tax codes after a Budget change. There is a yearly update for tax and National Insurance changes.
